The Range Rover Sport has a removable centre panel (2 - quarter-turn screws) which in most cases is the preferred solution for covering the towbar after use. A replacement panel is however available which allows access to the towbar without removing the normal panel and exposing the structure of the vehicle. The replacement panel can be ordered from Land Rover Dealerships:
